Record Keeper
(Ancient Spirit) There are many forms of "Spirit People." Some refer to these characters as Angels, to others they are Spirits and some believe that they are 'Little People." We must not confuse the "Little People," and "Ancient Spirits," in the history of the Cherokee.
They are not the same! There are many forms of "Spirit People'" many of which are found in the forms of pictographs etched on the faces of rocks. Over the years the appearance of the "Spirit People," have taken on a variety of shapes, styles and colors. In today's world we will find that different artists capture these figures from their individual viewpoint, each portraying their own individuality and personality.
Mine are coming from dreams I have had through my Life time. I sometimes dream in color and 3-dimension.
Ledger:

--- A Medicine Man; A mark was left of his presence, if we only knew what was going on.
--- A Spiral is the most common symbol to be found and was used when a settlement had to be abandoned. It tells others that the inhabitants have continued the migration.
--- Butterfly;
 Migration symbol signifying the founding of a new village.
A runner was sent back to the old village to place this symbol among the rest. It was meant to tell others that the Creator’s command was being followed and fulfilled. A new village has been built.
--- Bear;

--- Kachina; I wonder if it is this Record Keeper or another Spirit has passed by here.
