Mothers of Earth
We are born into this world with two mothers.
Our physical mother, from whose womb we emerge.
She is the one with the flowing hair, loving eyes and
tender embrace.
The other mother is the Earth.
She is the one that nourishes our hunger and quenches our
thirst.
She paints our world each season with wondrous colors and
dazzling effects.
We must honor our two mothers, both with love and
tenderness.
